Privacy Policy

AP World Calculator lets you use its practice calculator in your browser. The calculator does not submit section scores to our server, and we do not intentionally store those entries. Our WordPress hosting may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type and server logs to deliver and protect the site.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide at the administrator email configured in WordPress. We use it to respond and handle corrections. Do not include sensitive information. Contact us through the form to request deletion of a message where feasible.

Cookies and services

WordPress may use essential cookies for administrators and commenters. Hosting and caching services may set technical cookies or process requests. At launch, this custom site does not intentionally load third-party analytics, newsletter tracking or AdSense advertising code. If those services are later enabled, this policy and any required consent choices must be updated before use.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS and standard WordPress access controls. No online system can promise absolute security. Contact messages and server logs should be retained only as needed for operations and security; exact hosting retention must be checked with the account owner and provider. For privacy questions, use the contact page.

Information we process

The public calculator runs in your browser. Section entries are used to display a result and are not sent to this site’s WordPress server by the calculator. When you visit pages, the hosting environment necessarily receives technical request data such as IP address, requested page, browser information and timestamps. Hosting and caching services may process that information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The site owner should confirm the host’s exact retention settings; this site does not publish a retention period it has not verified.

The contact form asks for a name, email address and message. The form’s submission is processed by WordPress and sent to the administrator email configured for the site. The message may then be retained in that mailbox according to the mailbox provider’s settings. We use it to respond to questions and assess corrections. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and a security token. Please do not send sensitive account credentials or examination records.

Advertising and analytics status

No Google AdSense publisher code, Google Analytics measurement tag or newsletter subscription service is intentionally installed as part of this website’s custom implementation at this time. Advertising and analytics can involve third-party cookies, IP addresses and other identifiers. Before enabling such services, the operator must update this notice to name the actual services and purposes, implement any required consent choices and review the relevant Google publisher requirements. We do not present future data processing as if it is already active.

Your choices and requests

You may use the learning pages without an account. You can leave a calculator input blank or reset the form without transmitting scores to us. Browser settings can limit cookies, although administrator login may then fail. Use the contact form to ask about your submitted message, seek correction or deletion where feasible, or raise a privacy concern. We may need information sufficient to locate the message before acting on a request. This notice may be updated when the site’s actual services change; substantive changes should be reflected on this page.
